Founded in 1997 by Tim Schultz, Schultz Commercial Roofing has grown from a small family operation into Central Pennsylvania's premier commercial roof coating specialist. What started as a commitment to quality craftsmanship has evolved into a leader in advanced coating technologies.

Over the past 27+ years, we've completed more than 500 commercial roofing projects, from 3,000 square foot warehouses to massive 100,000+ square foot distribution centers. Our focus has always been simple: provide superior roof coating solutions that save businesses money while extending roof life.

Today, as authorized applicators for Aldocoat, American WeatherStar, Kool Coats, and Fluid Applied Roofing, we offer more coating options than any competitor in the region. This allows us to match the perfect solution to each roof's unique needs.
